The solution calculates the qty of plates and bowls to produce and deliver. It autoprints your deliverynotes so they are ready in the printer when starting in the morning.

Catering Portal helps you to save time so you can focus on your customers or the production itself. Elmer Systems Catering portal will create your packing notes, update your forecast, update the ERP, print or email the invoices for you.

At the same time Elmer Systems Catering Portal manages and keep tracks of all your events bringing packingnotes and driving instructions to the relevant people involved.       
             

NEW Catering Advanced brings you a totally new level of flexibility in your production and towards your clients.


You only have to put in the person-quantity (one number) of menus to the customer for a deliveryday. Catering Advanced then calculates what to produce and deliver - and what to invoice.

     

An example: you receive a list from your customer on how many people should have lunch during the week(s). Monday: 10 pcs. Tuesday: 14. Wednesday: 11. Thursday: 13. Friday: 9.


The lunch programme consists of a menu. Usually - but not always - it consists of a hot meal + salad + bread + milk + various. Friday it could be a cake and monday it could be sweets.
The customer however would like to move the “friday-cake” to thursdays and generally have 10% more salad and 5% less hot dishes. This should be for this summer only. At winter they will like to have normal amount of hot dishes. In addition, you agree to deliver carrot snack 3 times a week without charge. The customer will also receive a special prize for the whole delivery.
The products must be packaged in various combinations of plate and bowl sizes depending on the final number in the delivery.
... And sometimes the customer must have a completely different product delivered on certain days.

It may be that more customers must have one total supply. This could be in a situation where multiple smaller companies share one lunch room (and one buffet) - but customers must have a separate invoice.
All this must be produced and calculated in advance so that the kitchen in good time will know what to produce to the customers.
